Happy Birthday, Natasha!

That's right! Natasha has made her way through one more year and looking forward to the next one which is sure to bring us a lot of new experiences and adventures. We aren't doing anything big today, but will be getting together with the family on Saturday for a combined birthday party with my sisters who have their birthdays on Dec 31st. Photos to follow afterwards.

Also, we went for Natasha's second ultrasound appointment this morning. This one was for detailed looks at the internal organs, spine, bones, and so on. Very likely to the doctors trained eye there was a lot to see, but for me there was only a little more than when we went a few weeks ago. Still, it's interesting to see what's going on in there. Almost halfway there now!

Natasha on her 26th birthday. 19 weeks pregnant!

She decided to open her gifts from me tonight. I bought her a Willow Tree (seen on the right), an automatic card shuffler, and three pairs of knee socks in various shades and patterns of brown. The Willow Tree on the left is from her sister-in-law, Debbie, and the one in the middle from her friend Erin. She also got a baby blanket and a necklace from her Mom.

A close-up shot of the new Willow Trees!

May you feel Jesus near,
Every day of the year,

A happy birthday to you
A happy birthday to you,
The Best one you've ever had!

If you don't know this version of Happy birthday, get Andrew or Aunt Ruth to sing it to you.

Looks like you had a nice day, I'll be looking forward to more pictures of your combined party.
