Chess Puzzle

I reached this position in a game recently where I discovered a very interesting combination. It's white to play. This is not a mate-in-three type of puzzle, but rather a move that brings White into a winning position with a mate in as few as 6 moves, and almost inevitably within about 10.

I used to play chess, unfortunately haven't had the time to do so lately.

I would need a refresher course to know which move to make next on that picture.
